Tasting note:
Dissan White from Bovin is white wine made from grape variety Smederеvka. It features a greenish color and nice crystal reflection with high brightness and opacity. There is a lovely fragrance on the nose, the green apples and lime. The taste has the same freshness at the beginning but in the background are stronger and aromatic notes of herbs and some minerals, harmoniously balanced that come in full splendor when the wine is chilled to the proper temperature.
